What happens: the crew of Voyager crosses a vast, empty, expanse of space and have nothing to do. Nothing to look at. Nothing to see. Just emptiness.
How they dealt with it: whining, crying, starting fights, and just all around being asses instead of actually doing something.
How they should have dealt with it: took and taught classes, hobbies, build things, upgrades to voyager, practice artistic endeavors, training drills.
Some of these episodes have some pretty weak problems.
